Last week we ventured off to North Carolina. Our first stop was at our friends’ homestead, “Honey Tree Farm”! Casey and Tori Ostwinch are farming for a living. They grow micro-greens, vegetable and root produce, raise chickens and even have bees on 1.5 acres of production space.
Honey Tree Farm has made a presence in their local markets and restaurants; their sales are growing rapidly.
